My abs are hurting so much, most likely because I did the post-preg Tracy dvd. The last three toning dvds are knitting me back together like nothing else can! Hot baths with epsom salts are the answer to this pain. I'm hanging in there with the Dukan diet. It feels so good to have vegetables today and I started the day with a spinach and kale smoothie. It's not for everyone I know, but it tastes good and so fresh. You don't feel hungry on Dukan because of the eggs and pancakes for breakfast. The weight loss is good and I'll post the loss on Monday. I have to try really hard not to ruin my progress this weekend because it's my birthday and easy to indulge in some treats. I may have to have one bite of cake to appease my children, but that's it, no more. I notice that once I'm off the sugar and white flour I am good, but it has to be 100% or I just slide...
Please keep posting. I'm never on blog sites and chat rooms etc. but I happened to stumble upon your site. I've been researching Tracy Anderson and wanted to get all the info I could. Hoping to order some DVD's of hers soon (when I get the funds) and get started on the program. I've been having a really hard time trying to loose weight, I used to be skinny all my life and now I find myself 30-40lbs over my goal weight of 120-125lbs. Your information and weight loss experiences have really helped me and given insight. I'm grateful for you posting what you have because as much as I love to be active I have not had a great interest for workout DVD's. It's hard to keep going with them. Reading everything that you've tried and done has helped prepare me. Your blog is not boring-despite what your hubby may say:) What also caught my interest was hearing about your twins! I love twins! I'm also hoping to become pregnant again soon, so it's great to hear about the before and after transformation. Long story short, your a real pioneer and a strong women for posting your experiences with weight loss and your helping a lot of women by doing so. Thanks for everything! Again, please keep posting. You've already made a difference for me!

I am also a Tracy follower and I tried the Dukan Diet for 1 day....only 1. I mean, by the end of the day, I couldn't face another chicken breast. BUT, I did take away a lot of good 'stuff' from the book, and the idea of taking a day a week to detox and eat clean is a great idea for the long-term. I can't wait to read more about how you like Dukan. I'm getting Tracy's Metamorphosis soon, hipcentric. Her post-pregnancy video kicks butt! I did it last year consistently and dropped from a size 6/8 to a size 2/4. I have pics on my blog. Good luck, and I can't wait to read more!
